Job Description

Job Purpose:

Visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, social media posts, logos, layouts, and photos. Websites designs, magazines, brand guidelines, flyers, collaterals and more. Basic to medium photography and Videography skills with video and photo editing skills. Creating motion graphics. Supervise external agencies when it comes to graphic directions, production & material selections. Taking initiatives to enhance brand identities that enhance customer experiences. Supervise in ensuring that graphics are delivering the right messages in cerating the desired brand perceptions. Managing internal & external stakeholders such as internal departments graphic requests & help them to reach their desired goal. And external agencies projects by ensuring that they deliver best outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

Managing Design requests:Study design briefs and determine requirements.

Concept Developing: Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

Ideas Pitching: Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.

Work with copywriter and internal teams to produce the final designs.

Photography & Videography: photography & videography (none-high-end) for our properties ,and other small projects that require photography & videography, with the use of DSLR Camera

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Branded posts on social media

Supporting other departments design need and ensuring it is meeting the branding guidelines

Brand Guard: Ensure that all graphics and designs are withing our brand guidelines.

Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Marketing activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner

Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Day- to-day Operations: Supervises the day-to-day operations of marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. 

Graphics Strategies: Setting up new graphical strategies with creative directions that drives marketing impact & contribute to business success.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet HALJ and Marketing department requirements, policies and standards.
