Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and has a deep appreciation for great coffee. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
  • Take customer orders, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Work as part of a team to create a positive café environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new techniques
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
