Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and private customers.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the catering business and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate accounts, event organizers, and venue partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new catering contracts and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Customize catering packages based on client needs, budget, and event type.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service.
Financial & Performance Management
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on business growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with the finance and operations teams.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are financially viable and aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
- A strong network of corporate and event industry contacts is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.
