Job Description:
As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for following up with clients on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and field visits.

Build strong client relationships to ensure prompt payment.

Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and collections.

Coordinate with the finance and legal departments on escalated cases.

Prepare collection reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections, preferably in real estate.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection systems.

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
