Job Description:
As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for following up with clients on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and field visits.

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure prompt payment.

  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and collections.

  • Coordinate with the finance and legal departments on escalated cases.

  • Prepare collection reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in collections, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection systems.

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
