Job Description
Front Desk Operations:
ه Greet occupants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing a welcoming first
impression of the building.
ه Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Manage visitor check-in procedures, issue access passes, and direct guests to their destinations within
the building.
Customer Support:
ه Serve as the main point of contact for occupants regarding building services, amenities, and facilities.
• Address inquiries and concerns related to maintenance, security, parking, and other building-related issues
issues.
• Assist occupants with requests for repairs, maintenance, or special services, coordinating with relevant
departments as needed.
Tenant Relations:
ه Build and maintain positive relationships with building occupants, addressing their needs and concerns
in a proactive and professional manner.
ه Solicit feedback from occupants to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance
satisfaction.
• Communicate building policies, procedures, and updates to occupants effectively and transparently.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure efficient
operations.
ه Support the Property Manager with special projects, reports, and presentations as required.
ه Execute any other assigned duties.
