Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Officer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple HR functions, including personnel administration, HR operations, recruitment, and employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Personnel & HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Process employment contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations, and related documentation

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies

Handle employee attendance and leaves.

Support payroll input and employee benefit administration
🔹 Recruitment
- Post job openings and screen CVs to shortlist qualified candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews
-
Support onboarding and induction of new hires

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Employee Wellbeing & Engagement

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives

Support wellness programs and internal communications

Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance when needed
