Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Officer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple HR functions, including personnel administration, HR operations, recruitment, and employee wellbeing. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Personnel & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

  • Process employment contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations, and related documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Handle employee attendance and leaves.

  • Support payroll input and employee benefit administration

🔹 Recruitment

  • Post job openings and screen CVs to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews

  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

  • Employee Wellbeing & Engagement
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives

  • Support wellness programs and internal communications

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance when needed

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
