Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer – Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
- Manage job postings, ensuring they align with company branding and role requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring and recruitment.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to enhance the company’s talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, HR policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
