Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repair calls.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Accurately document work performed and complete service reports.
  • Installation and maintenance for all kinds of DX Type/ Package AC Units, FAHU, AHU, FCU & HVAC Equipment at Internal and External Projects.
  • Performs all DX Type/ Package AC Units, FAHU, AHU, FCU & HVAC Equipment related Installation, Corrective, and preventive maintenance.
  •           Performs tasks such as Installation, Preventive & corrective maintenance for the units as follows: 
  •  Dx Type/ Package AC Units; Chillers Monitoring Control Panel; Fresh Air Handling Units; Air-Handling & Fan Coil Units; Fans and Blowers; Pressurization and Supply Fans Electrical Control and Components.
