About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Meeting & Events Executive to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional event experiences for our guests while ensuring operational excellence across all banqueting and event functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Brand Representation:

  • Promote efficiency, confidence, and a high standard of hospitality.

  • Maintain positive interdepartmental relationships and uphold company image.

  • Display a pleasant demeanor and commitment to delivering service excellence.

  • Build genuine relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Represent the hotel with pride, professionalism, and a polished appearance.

Event Operations:

  • Assist in setting up and managing banquet spaces according to event requirements.

  • Liaise with Executive Chef and outlets for menu planning and service coordination.

  • Ensure venue cleanliness, equipment functionality, and uniform standards.

  • Manage banquet reservations and function sheets.

  • Attend departmental briefings and meetings to maintain communication with the team.

  • Monitor event execution, guest feedback, and resolve any issues proactively.

  • Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations are followed at all times.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage communication, correspondence, and scheduling for the F&B Manager.

  • Draft letters, memos, and event documents as required.

  • Maintain databases, filing systems, and guest contact records.

  • Prepare reports and follow-ups on meetings and events.

  • Assist with quotations, pricing studies, entertainment coordination, and legal documentation.

  • Act as the liaison between F&B management and internal departments.

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in Meetings & Events, Banqueting, or F&B administration.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software systems.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events.
