About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Meeting & Events Executive to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional event experiences for our guests while ensuring operational excellence across all banqueting and event functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Brand Representation:

Build genuine relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Event Operations:

Assist in setting up and managing banquet spaces according to event requirements.

Liaise with Executive Chef and outlets for menu planning and service coordination.

Ensure venue cleanliness, equipment functionality, and uniform standards.

Manage banquet reservations and function sheets.

Attend departmental briefings and meetings to maintain communication with the team.

Monitor event execution, guest feedback, and resolve any issues proactively.

Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations are followed at all times.
Administrative Support:

Manage communication, correspondence, and scheduling for the F&B Manager.

Draft letters, memos, and event documents as required.

Maintain databases, filing systems, and guest contact records.

Prepare reports and follow-ups on meetings and events.

Assist with quotations, pricing studies, entertainment coordination, and legal documentation.

Act as the liaison between F&B management and internal departments.
Requirements:

Previous experience in Meetings & Events, Banqueting, or F&B administration.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software systems.
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events.
