Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Technician to join our maintenance and facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and equipment across internal and external projects, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain all types of plumbing systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Perform chemical sanitization works as per safety and health regulations.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing fixtures and fittings.

• Install piping systems including potable, gray water, sewage, and drainage networks.

• Identify and handle various plumbing materials and pipe types (PVC, B.I., Copper).

• Read and interpret P&ID or shop drawings (preferred).

• Monitor and operate systems such as domestic water, gray water, fountains, and water treatment plants.

• Maintain and operate pumps and equipment related to firefighting and sewage systems.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, and repair.

• Strong knowledge of different pipe systems and plumbing codes.

• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, machines, and safety practices.

• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work across various project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in plumbing or mechanical systems.

• Experience with water treatment plant systems and fountain features.

• Knowledge of building management systems is a plus.
