Job Description

Key Accountability:

Marketing: The main responsibility and tasks will be focused on marketing for Hadya Group Entities’ marketing  Digital Media.

Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns:

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Tailor campaigns to the needs of each business unit (commercial real estate, residential, hospitality, and catering) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

Implement performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI on advertising spend and increase lead generation.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and manage social media strategies to promote content, engage with followers, and generate leads.

Manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring they are targeted and effective.

Create and schedule regular organic social content that aligns with the brand and campaign objectives.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.

Segment email lists to ensure campaigns are targeted and relevant to the appropriate audience.

Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize future campaigns.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.

Provide detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Use insights to adjust digital strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize customer journeys across channels.

Paid Media Budget Management:

Manage the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient spending across paid channels (search, display, social, etc.).

Continuously monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids and budgets to achieve optimal cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).

Campaign Coordination:

Coordinating and managing the workflow of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders, such as the marketing team, and external vendors or agencies.

Traffic Management:

Acting as the central point of contact for all marketing projects and assets, ensuring that they are properly routed and delivered to the appropriate teams or individuals. This includes managing project timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluating and improving the marketing workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing tools or systems to automate and optimize project management.

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders involved in marketing projects. This includes conducting regular status meetings, providing updates on project progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all marketing assets and deliverables meet the established quality standards and brand guidelines. This involves reviewing and proofreading materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand messaging.

Analytics and Reporting:

Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics related to marketing projects and campaigns. This includes monitoring project timelines, resource utilization, and campaign results. Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

Vendor Management:

Managing relationships with external vendors, such as printers, agencies, or freelancers, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and services. This includes obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance.

Planning & Executing:

Responsible for Marketing Department initiatives & plans arrangement, coordination with marketing members from copywriting to graphic design executions to ensure they’re executed within the agreed timeframe.

 

Social Media Management:

Publishing social media posts and social media ads, community management such as responding to comments and tracking and reporting the social media insights such as page views, engagement rates, shares, etc.

Internal Alignment:

Coordinate with the sales team, operation team, and other relevant internal stakeholders to digital ads that serve the business objectives.

Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures:

Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Day-to-day Operations:

Supervises the day-to-day operations of marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. 

Reporting:

Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet HALJ and marketing department requirements, police,s and standards.
