Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the management in both area professional and personal life. This role requires someone trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently while providing a warm and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedule – organize appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Handle personal errands – shopping, event planning, and household coordination.
- Assist with communication – respond to emails, calls, and messages.
- Coordinate travel plans – book flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Provide administrative support – prepare documents, track expenses, and maintain files.
- Ensure comfort and well-being – oversee personal arrangements and assist with any daily needs.
- Liaise with staff and service providers – manage home and office-related tasks smoothly.
